Any enterprise or individual based in the UAE can participate in the Employee Happiness Summit & Awards as long as they have relevant initiatives, innovations, programs or achievements pertaining to the award categories.

You can nominate for free in multiple company categories.

The entire process is a 4-step process

1. Submission of Online Nomination Form : Aspiring nominees are required to submit an online nomination form that requests basic company information, the categories they wish to participate in, and a brief write-up on why they deserve to win in their chosen categories. Please note that you can nominate in multiple categories free of cost.
2. Announcement of Finalists
3. Presentation to the Jury
4. Announcement of Winners

Here are 5 reasons you MUST enter Employee Happiness Summit & Awards 2022

We understand that as part of the nomination process, you may reveal important and sensitive business information. This information is accessed by the Jury who agrees to a confidentiality arrangement. We further ensure that the Jury does not have any conflict of interest with your business.

The entire process is a 4-step process

The presentations need to be made only by the finalists in each category. The entire process happens online wherein you are allotted 20 mins (including Q&A) to make your case to the Jury panel. It is based on the final presentations that the Jury identifies the winners in each category.

We recommend between 2-3 such that you can make an impactful presentation while having the support of team members who can address the Jury questions well. However, this is only our recommendation, not a standard rule.

The winners will be declared in a Gala Awards ceremony on 15th June 2023 in Dubai

It is NOT mandatory to purchase tickets for the Gala Awards ceremony. However, we recommend that you have adequate company representation at the Gala Awards ceremony so you can create an unforgettable memory for your entire team!
