Dr. Louise Lambert is a positive psychologist, practitioner, and researcher who wears many hats in the UAE and region. As the Director of Happiness and Wellbeing Programs with Global Communications Agency, she oversees the creation of practical solutions derived from her research to assist businesses and organizations implement business efficiency and wellbeing projects. To achieve these aims, a holistic approach to problem-solving is adopted including employee workshops and development modules, policy review and prescriptions, and the creation of strategies to be adopted so that organizations can contribute to the overall happiness and wellbeing of the communities in which they work.
