Gregory Komarow, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SPHRi, GPHR – is an HR Professional who has practiced HR in more than 20 countries and has held senior HR roles with Emaar PJSC, Health Authority Abu Dhabi, Owens & Minor Inc, Bank of America, Johns Hopkins Medicine International, University of Colorado, and currently works in the Northern Emirates in public sector hospitals. He was one of the first people in the world to hold the 4 major HR certifications from HRCI and SHRM. A long-time advocate for the HR Profession, Greg was a member of the SME team that published the American National Standard on Performance Management and was selected as one of two US Representatives on ISO TC 260. He earned his MBA (International Finance & Global Human Resource Management) from the Kogod School of Business, American University and his Bachelor’s degree from the renowned Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
