With a career that spans more than two decades, Ron is an HR expert who has consulted companies like Central Bank of Nigeria, Iran MTNCell, King Faisal Hospital-Jeddah Saudi Electric Company, JLT [Saudi Arabia], Dubai Tourism, American Hospital of Dubai, Dar Al Riyadh, Gulf Bank-Kuwait, Boybyan, Kuwait, CIMB Bank and Singapore Government Civil Service and numerous other multinationals. He is the former CEO of Great Place to Work- Gulf and CHRO of Riyadh based Al Raha Group. He sits on the board of Harvard Business Review, McKinsey Quarterly Executive Online Panel. He has been recognised as the Top 50 HR Leaders in the Middle East by CIPD along with many other awards. His work is regularly published in Wall St. Journal, Inc. Magazine, Workforce Management, SHRM, TheHRObserver (Middle East). He invests time as a visiting faculty at Global Human Resources Leadership Institute at Howard University School of Business in Washington, DC and Human Capital Institute and accepts speaking invitations around the globe when his schedule permits.
